Pitney Bowes collaborates with Sign In App

Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI), has announced a collaboration with Sign In App which will see it deliver Spaces, a new desk and meeting room booking solution ideal for businesses currently planning a safe return to office.

As research finds 89 per cent of UK businesses expect hybrid working to become permanent, organisations are rethinking the workplace. Fewer employees are expected to attend offices five days a week, and businesses are challenged with finding new ways to optimise the workspace. Spaces is the latest addition to smart SaaS-based software solution, Sign In App, which is specifically designed to address this. The user-friendly, mobile-optimised software facilitates capacity management in real-time, allowing businesses of any size to:

  • Keep track of who is expected on site
  • Monitor capacity and see how workspaces are being used
  • Set limits to ensure they never exceed site capacity
  • Enable employees to plan and book their workplace visit for maximum productivity, by booking parking spaces, desks, breakout areas, conference rooms and meeting rooms
