Force 4 selects MNP’s Order and Warehouse Management System


Force 4 Chandlery implements MNP’s ActiveSeries Suite selecting specific modules, the multi-channel Order and Warehouse Management System with direct integration into online marketplaces, EPOS and eCommerce platform. Force 4 also selected the flexible and customisable IntraActive intranet platform, enabling the business to introduce on demand a wide range of operational workflows, dashboards and CRM functionality. Now live, Force 4 has a platform that dynamically scales on demand and being parameter driven, will adapt and evolve to deliver future operational requirements.

Key to Force 4 Chandlery, an established sailing and boat equipment provider, was an end to end platform that could unify their operations, customers and inventory in real time but also allow the business to build and evolve the platform as their retailing journey unfolds. Part of the implementation was to interface into Vend HQ POS for 16 stores and Magento eCommerce platform provided by Screenpages to complete the best in class end to end omnichannel solution.

In addition to order orchestration and warehouse fulfilment with integrated carriers, Force 4 implemented the MNP IntraActive intranet platform for purchasing inventory for both the warehouse inventory and stores. The custom made purchasing workflow provides the user with live stock levels and back order information, as well as historic sales figures and recommended quantities to order. Products can be filtered down by category or brand to make searching for specific products easier.

IntraActive has a range of sub modules that include click and collect, return to store and customer survey functions. Stores can use the intranet to do their own audited purchasing, check the status of a gift voucher and set min/max stock levels for products.

Force 4 also have the ability to manage and monitor customer returns, which are within their manufacturer’s warranty, and where relevant being returned to the supplier. This section of the intranet allows the user to view outstanding supplier returns and place actions and add notes to show the status of each return.
