Matalan has announced that it will open a 24,000 sq.ft. store in CastleCourt at Royal Avenue in central Belfast next month bringing its UK store estate to 22. This will be the first city centre store for Matalan in Ireland. CastleCourt has attracted Argos, Boots, Debenhams as well as some of the Arcadia Group brands and is one of the largest shopping centres in North Ireland.
