Net-A-Porter CEO steps down

The CEO of Net-A-Porter, Mark Sebba, is to step down after 11 years with the online fashion retailer. Sebba is to be retained as a non-executive director of the business and is assisting in the search of his successor. Richemont acquired the majority stake in the business in 2010 which retains its founder Natalie Massenet as chairman and now operates a menswear site Mr Porter and also publishes its own customer magazine.
