The international customer-funded wines business Naked Wines
has migrated to RingCentral’s cloud business communications to manage its
disparate workforce and provide better customer service. With 150 employees
based in the UK, California and Australia, Naked Wines can now route calls to
the right staff depending on time of day, regardless of customer location, so
that no call is missed. The solutions operates in tandem with the wine
specialist’s own CRM system and will support new locations as its operation
expands.
