Beaverbrooks has selected Microsoft NAV from K3 Retail to
develop its multichannel jewellery business, improve customer service across
channels and support growth.
The new system will replace legacy financial and merchandise
systems, enabling the modernisation of and integration with its current inhouse
developed EPOS system and recently updated e-commerce platform. Patrick Walker,
Head of IT at Beaverbrooks, said, “We were looking to replace our old legacy
systems and needed a more up to date, modern solution that gave us a single
view of our stock, better reporting functionality and assistance in becoming
the multichannel retailer we strive to be.” John Little, sales director of K3
