It is all change at Carpetright as Lord Harris leaves his executive role in the business after 57 years to become non-executive chairman prior to retiring completely from its board in September. Lord Harris’ son Martin who has held the role of development director is also taking his leave from the flooring business. Wilfrid Walsh steps into the CEO role in July.
