The Guardian reports that Marks & Spencer is the latest
retailer to face criticism from tax campaigners over the way it structures its
online sales. The Guardian says it has seen documents that show goods shipped
to Europe from UK are invoiced to an Irish subsidiary. Ireland has lowest
corporation tax rates in Europe.
