Keith Edelman who has served as a non-executive director at chocolate specialist Thorntons since February 2012 will step down in October 2014. Edelman was formerly managing director at Arsenal Holdings and chief executive at Stonehouse Group. Thorntons is seeking a replacement with strong FMCG experience.
