Online grocer Ocado has announced that Sir Stuart Rose, a
former chief executive and chairman at Marks and Spencer, has been appointed as
chairman with effect from 11th March 2013, replacing Lord Grade who will
retire. It has also been revealed that Wendy Becker has informed the board of
her decision to stand down as a non-executive director of the company with
immediate effect. Douglas McCallum has been appointed as her replacement.
