Mail order growth at JoJo Maman Bebe

Sales at maternity and childrenswear multichannel retailer
JoJo Maman Bebe saw like-for-like sales in the half-year ending December
increase just 0.2 percent although the ecommerce and mail order division
achieved a 12 percent growth. For the full year, JoJo is currently on target to
increase gross sales by 20 percent from £30 million to £36 million. Without
disclosing specifics, a company statement confirmed EBITDA is lower than
expected, affected by pressure on gross margin, consumer price pressure and investment
in infrastructure, but it continues to be positive.
