Amazon has contracted for over 400,000 sq.ft. of office space in the new Principal Place development in Shoreditch. The new facility will open in 2017. Meanwhile, the business is to relocate all of its 1,700 corporate employees to London next year utilising the offices it has at Holborn Viaduct and those in Glasshouse Yard, pending the occupation of Principal Place.
