Galeries Lafayette has selected RichRelevance to deliver highly authentic and engaging customer
experiences at every touchpoint. By using RichRelevance, Galeries
Lafayette can tap into real-time data to
present tailored recommendations to help shoppers find what they
need—quickly and easily—as they shop online or in-store. Galeries
Lafayette will leverage the solution to up-sell and cross-sell shopper-specific
merchandise to increase sales and AOV, and use specific shopper insights to
target campaigns and promotions in real-time both online and offline. Additionally,
Galeries Lafayette will take the first step in personalising the in-store
shopping experience by delivering product recommendations on tablets held by
