FACT-Finder has acquired PrismaStar in order to bolster its offering in the UK. The acquisition complements FACT-Finder’s current offering. It will use PrismaStar’s expertise and knowledge of the UK market to further enhance and develop its UK strategy as well as integrating PrismaStar’s existing products and services with its FACT-Finder offering. PrismaStar clients include Tesco, Very, and Vodafone and FACT-Finder’s UK clients include Hobbycraft, Kurt Geiger and Secret Escapes.
