Retail promotions technology company Luckycycle has appointed two senior staff to support UK growth.David Sibley, former Business Development Manager at e-commerce optimisation expert ChannelAdvisor takes the role of UK Business Development Director. He will be responsible for building relationships with existing and prospective clients. Meanwhile Eleeta Tong, previously Business Development Manager at retail specialist Powa Technologies joins Luckycycle as Senior Business Development Manager. She will oversee all large retail clients’ campaigns.
Luckycycle works with brands including Clinique, Royal Canin, LatestinBeauty.com and Europe’s largest electronics retailer Media Markt. With offices in London and Belgium, it’s the first company of its kind in the UK, offering retailers a fresh way to reward shoppers without discounting. It’s based on a ‘buy and win’ concept. The process is simple: a customer visits a website, makes a purchase and is then offered a one in five or ten chance to win their basket. Winners are notified instantly, and have the option to share their experience via social media platforms. Promotions can run across individual products, categories or an entire range.
