Trueshopping Group taps Maxymiser

Trueshopping Group which operates 20 eCommerce sites offering consumers a wide range of high quality home and lifestyle products online, has selected the Maxymiser to develop its existing in-house optimisation strategy.

“Trueshopping
Group has significantly developed its in-house optimisation and
conversion team over the last two years to increase the focus on this
area within the business. We, therefore, recognised that we needed a more
sophisticated optimisation tool to help us manage the varying
complexities of the testing taking place across all sites, which is why
we have invested in Maxymiser,” comments Ali Whitehead, Head of Optimisation & Retention, Trueshopping Group.

Previously,
Trueshopping Group had conducted all of its optimisation activity
in-house, which allowed the Group to carry out simple testing and gain
basic results. However, once a more sophisticated tool was required,
Maxymiser was the clear choice. Ali continues, “We are confident that
Maxymiser will give us the ability to run larger and more detailed
testing campaigns across the sites, which will create the flexibility
that we need. In particular, we’re excited to use Maxymiser’s Visual
Campaign Builder tool to construct and deploy a range of sophisticated
campaigns throughout our portfolio of websites using our own internal
teams.”

As
a rapidly expanding eCommerce group, optimisation plays an extremely
important role in the overall strategy of the Group. “Optimisation is an
area that we’re placing increased emphasis on at the moment and will
continue to do so in the future. As new sites and technologies emerge
it’s important for us to maintain our digital efforts and stay ahead of
the curve; in such a fast paced industry, it’s very easy to get left
behind. Maxymiser will help us to stay competitive, which will prove
invaluable to us.”

The
optimisation roadmap will concentrate on various areas of the customer
journey, focusing on all the sites and will look at areas such as
product pages, checkout pages, the delivery proposition and payment
options across various territories. Also featuring in the roadmap will
be the process of making all sites fully responsive in order to create a seamless experience for mobile customers.

Ali concludes, “We’ve only just started working with Maxymiser but the relationship has already been extremely positive, and we’re confident that the expertise of the Maxymiser team will help us to generate the results that we’re looking for.”
