La Redoute UK is making the transition from its traditional mail order roots into a pure-play digital business and to achieve this needs to measure and then allocate spend across search, display, affiliate, email, social media and direct mail to grow and retain its customer base. It is utilising Visual IQ’s IQ Envoy, IQ Sage and IQ Deploy to achieve this.
