Pep&Co which is owned by Steinhoff will be seeking a new managing director and a trading director following the decisions of Adrian Mountford and Cathy Haydon to resign their respective positions. Mountford and Haydon have held their roles since 2014 and will be leaving the retailer in May.
This comes as Steinhoff seeks to secure short term funding following the uncovering of a widely reported accounting scandal which led to its South Africa based group CEO Markus Joost being reported to the police.
