Yoox Net-A-Porter (YNAP) has recruited Olivier Schaeffer for the role of chief operating officer. Schaeffer joins from Sephora where he has spent sixteen years and will report to CEO Federico Marchetti.
Richemont has been cleared to complete its acquisition of all of the shares of Yoox Net-A-Porter, not already in its ownership, and has confirmed that Federico Marchetti will continue in the CEO role going forward.
