Boden has posted a 13 per cent increase in its overall sales for the year to December 2017. Its international customer file grew by 14 per cent with UK sales boosted for its womenswear ranges as well as its concessions within John Lewis stores. The business is now planning further investment in its eCommerce technology with specific focus on personalisation.
CEO Jill Easterbrook commented: “The investment programme will provide us with a solid platform as we build Boden into an international multichannel retailer. We have been targeting key strategic areas of investment, skills, market knowledge and people needed to continue Boden’s international growth in the coming years.”
