Giorgio Presca has been appointed as chief executive of Clarks and will join the business in March. Interim CEO Stella David, who stepped into the role following the departure of Mike Shearwood last June, will work alongside Presca to effect a handover, then returning to her role as a non-executive director of the business. Clarks has recently seen an exodus of senior executives depart including its chief commercial officer Steve Finlan and chief brand officer Jason Beckley.
