Hermes has boosted its senior team by appointing Chris White to the role of director of customer experience.
Chris, who has spent more than 20 years in the logistics and supply chain sectors, previously held the same role at two-person delivery company ArrowXL, as well as having been head of client management at Yodel. Chris will now oversee the strategic direction of the company’s CS department. He will be tasked with improving how the CS team works alongside operations in order to create a more localised CS model. This will help the company to enhance resolution levels for end customers.
