Gossip is that Lidl may be on the verge of launching an initial online service with a focus on non-food lines together with wines and spirits. It has been suggested that the German retailer is in talks with iForce to support a UK home delivery service. Lidl’s management team in Germany has denied that it is forming a partnership with iForce or that it has any such plans. Watch this space, they say.
