Former employees of Arcadia Group are shortly expected to learn of their entitlements and when they can expect to receive payments following a long wait since Sir Philip Green put the business into administration in 2020. This, as was very widely reported, led to the selling off of Arcadia’s brands and a major scandal for the Green family behind the business.
It is being reported that the trustees of the Arcadia Group have completed their negotiations and are likely to confirm within the next month that the scheme is to be administered by a well-known and long-established insurance and pensions service provider.
