Jason Bannister who founded Oak Furnitureland has joined the board of Oak Furniture Superstore (OFS), a rival retailer. He has held an equity stake in OFS for some time, keeping a low profile and it is expected that having joined the board there will be plans afoot to expand the OFS operation.
