Frasers Group has announced the acquisition of sports retailer Maxi Sport, which operates 18 stores across Italy.
In a statement on LinkedIn, Frasers Group said: ” This move will combine our international experience and strong brand relationships with Maxi Sport’s regional expertise to grow its unique offering and ultimately, launch Sports Direct in Italy.”
