Shaun Donnelly has been promoted to Buying Director at Harvey Nichols. He joined the retailer in June 2025 as Head of Footwear and Accessories, having previously spent 10 years at Kurt Geiger.

Iconic british fashion brand Paul Smith has appointed Zia Zareem-Slade as its new Managing Director. She joins from Annoshka, where she spent two years as CEO.

Pet retailer Jollyes has formally appointed Adam Drury as its new CEO.

Neil Tomlinson has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Games Workshop.

Sam Perkins has stepped down as CEO at Loaf after spending over 3 years at the retailer.

Boots has appointed Alex Baldock as its new CEO. He replaces Anthony Hemmerdinger, who is due to leave the retailer later this year.

Moda in Pelle have appointed Benjamin Buck as CEO following the departure of Anil Patel. Patel had spent 9 years with the retailer and took on the role of CEO in May last year. His replacement is the son of the business’s founder, Stephen Buck.

Marian Duxbury has joined Pennies as its new CFO from BrandAlley. She replaces Co-Founder and Finance Director, Peter Nugent, who is due to retire later this year. Jim Dolan has also joined the charity as Chief Transformation and Technology Officer.

B&Q has promoted Sophie Taylor to the role of Director of Marketing. She was previously Head of Content, Social and PR, having joined from Mamas & Papas in 2023.
