Customer experience Agency, Biglight, has strengthened its senior team, with two key hires designed to support an ambitious growth strategy.
Martin Harrison is the firm’s new commercial director, a position he previously held at Greenlight Commerce. An eCommerce veteran with an outstanding track record for driving sales growth within service and software companies in retail and other sectors, Martin will lead Biglight’s customer acquisition strategy.
Mark Khoo is Biglight’s new client services director, having joined the firm from integrated communications agency Karmarama. Mark has significant experience in driving results for clients such as DFS, BT, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank Group, and Honda Motor Europe. He will work across Biglight’s expanding client roster with a focus on ensuring the firm builds on a track record for innovative client service and high levels of client satisfaction.
