Board changes at Ultimate Products

Ultimate Products co-founder and non-executive director Barry Franks is to become the company’s president making way for new board appointments. Former Boden CEO Jill Easterbrook and former PwC private equity leader Christine Adshead join the Ultimate Products board as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Ultimate Products manufactures and distributes a range of products for brands including Kleeneze and Dreamtime. It also holds licences for Russell Hobbs and Salter. Its annual sales for the year to July reached £115.7m.

Chairman Jim McCarthy said of the new appointments: “Jill brings her hugely relevant skillset from her many years working for some of the biggest names in UK retail, whilst Christine’s long career in senior advisory positions will be invaluable.”
