Boohoo has acquired the intellectual property of Oasis and Warehouse for £5.2m from Hilco. These additional brands will join what is becoming a major extension to the original Boohoo business. Boohoo had earlier raised slightly shy of £200 million via share placing to enable it to grasp opportunities arising from the current depressed retail fashion market.
