Boots in wholly digital product launch

Boots has launched a new product in its No7 range via digital channels. The skincare product, Advanced Retinol Complex Night Concentrate had, within days, generated over 100,000 advance requests to buy from UK consumers. It will now be launched in the USA, followed by the Middle East and Thailand. The business has also extended the range of services accessible via its website.

“We’ve approached this launch really differently and I am so proud of the teams who have remained determined, under such unique and unprecedented conditions to being, yet another, game changer to our customers,” said Annie Murphy, Walgreens Boots Alliance chief commercial officer.
