Freemans ditches catalogue

Otto owned Freemans has relaunched with new branding in a bid to reposition itself as a “vibrant department store”. Along with the revamp comes the news that there will no longer be a Freemans catalogue, it will instead pour all of its energies into its online channels.

The relaunch campaign includes Freemans first use of TV advertising. Its CCO Richard Cristofoli, previously with Debenhams, said: “We’re incredibly excited about relaunching Freemans into the market at pace – we think there’s never been a better time for launching a vibrant digital department store backed by a new product offer and refreshed proposition.”
