N Brown Group has recruited Rachel Izzard as group chief financial officer, replacing Craig Lovelace. Izzard has most recently served as CFO of Aer Lingus. Lovelace who joined N Brown Group five years ago has resigned to take up another position. He will work with group CEO Steve Johnson to ensure an orderly handover, dates for his departure and Izzard’s arrival have yet to be confirmed.
