Apparel Brands acquires Bench

The UK based long term licensee of Bench has acquired the brand for all markets outside of the Americas. Gordon Brothers had bought the Bench brand and its intellectual property rights from administrators in July 2018 and had since worked to restructure the streetwear business, relaunching it with a Spring 2020 collection.
