The latest trading statement from ASOS plc covering the two months to 28th February, sees its UK retail sales rise by 21 per cent over the previous year to total £48.3 million, with EU retail sales coming in at £40.33 million, a 57 per cent increase on the same period last year.
Elsewhere, US sales grew by 41 per cent to reach £14.49 million, with the rest of the world clocking up £33.45 million. The business which now claims 8.2 million active customers is investing heavily in warehousing in the UK and Germany, as well as in IT, and on its start-up operation in China.
