Natura which owns The Body Shop has entered into exclusive negotiations to sell it to Aurelius Group.
Natura paid more than £1bn for The Body Shop in 2017 but it is unlikely that it will achieve as much as half of that. A sale is mooted to be likely to be agreed imminently and then settled by the end of the year.
