Boden has become the first external retailer to offer its customers access to the John Lewis’ click and collect service in an initial trial. Boden customers will be able to use the service to collect their online purchases from 30 Waitrose stores. If successful and take-up is good, John Lewis is expected to open up its click and collect service to other retailers as well as extend it to other Waitrose stores.
