Boohoo has completed an asset purchase agreement for fashion brands Karen Millen and Coast for a cash consideration of £18.2 million. It has acquired the online businesses and all associated intellectual property rights from the administrators. It was learned earlier today that certain head office redundancies were being made affecting staff at both Karen Millen and Coast prior to the deal completing.
