boohoo recruits CFO

Boohoo has named Shaun McCabe as its new CFO.

Replacing Neil Catto who remains on the board as executive director, McCabe was previously CFO at Trainline prior to which he served as international director at ASOS and as CFO for Amazon Europe.

“Neil has been key to the group’s success since it listed and I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude, and that of the board, for his contribution to the business,” said group executive chairman Mahmud Kamani.

“During his tenure as CFO boohoo has grown significantly, we have now 20 million active customers and 13 different fashion destinations. We are delighed that he will continue to support the senior management team as an executive director and in his role overseeing strategic projects.”
