B&Q has appointed Rapp to take control of its loyalty and CRM accounts with a view to driving personalised connections with its customers. Rapp will focus on the development of a comprehensive CRM and loyalty strategy across B&Q’s trade and consumer customer base, using customr insight to improve experience for individuals in both groups.
