Lingerie & swimwear specialist Bravissimo has reported a fall in its sales for the year to October 2020. Badly impacted by lockdowns across its 26-strong retail chain, it had worked to introduce virtual bra fittings in order to drive its online business. Total revenues came in at £42.1 million, a 30 per cent fall on the previous year and resulting in a pre-tax loss of £4.4 million against the £638,308 loss recorded for the year prior.
The business remains upbeat about the future of its stores in which personal service plays a key role.
