Bronto Software has
announced that it has relaunched the tools of its partnership with Demandware,
offering full service installation along with an upgraded integration module.
With this launch, Bronto bolsters its partnership with Demandware, providing
the best commerce marketing solution to their 27 joint enterprise clients,
including brands like Brooks, Boot Barn and World Kitchen.
Bronto launched the new combined software and service
offering to empower Demandware and Bronto customers, giving them tools to easilyimport valuable historical and ongoing order data, import conversion data,
send order confirmations and accelerate revenue growth through
post-purchase and other targeted messaging.
Through Bronto’s partnership with Demandware, joint clients
can capture greater gross merchandise value (GMV) with highly targeted
marketing efforts such aspost-purchase
campaigns, like complementary merchandise, refill reminders and review requests; lapsed purchaser campaignsand never purchased campaigns. One retail client using Bronto to send out a
post-purchase welcome series, saw a lift in GMV of more than US$800,000.
