Software has launched Cart Recovery, an app that will help
retailers bring back customers who have left their online shopping carts,
turning potential lost sales into actual revenue. Designed for easy
implementation and integration with the core functions of the Bronto Marketing
Platform, Cart Recovery will enable commerce marketers to send automated and
personalised messages to cart abandoners, helping put them back on the path to purchase.

Forrester Research estimates that 87 per cent of consumers abandon carts, resulting
in US $18 billion of lost revenue annually, and other industry research shows
that over 70 per cent of online shopping carts are abandoned. This represents
an opportunity for commerce marketers to convert sales that may have otherwise
been lost. With the new Cart Recovery app, Bronto makes it easier for retailers
to convert shoppers into buyers by targeting cart abandoners with automated and
customised messages.
