Forestry business BSW Group has acquired a stake in a Yorkshire-based shed and summerhouse manufacturer Power Sheds. The deal will see its directors Jack Sutcliffe and Simon Hobson remaining with the business.
Power Sheds has sales of £15m and sells direct to consumers online as well as via marketplaces including Wayfair and OnBuy. Its CEO Jack Sutcliffe said: “Our new partnership with BSW Group is really exciting for the company and gives us a great opportunity to build Power Sheds into a worldwide brand and break into new markets such as the US and Europe.”
