Wilkinsons which has announced plans to extend its chain by around 100 stores over the next 5 years has revealed that director Karin Swann has left its board and sold her 50 per cent stake in the business to other members of the family. This leaves Lisa Wilkinson leading the business, which recorded sales of £1.46 billion in the year to January 31st, as executive chairman.
