Clarks puts best foot forward for EU expansion


As part of its long-term plans to become a global multichannel
player, footwear retailer Clarks is developing a European
ecommerce website. The company is set to launch a Europe-wide
English-language website in 2011, as well as local-language sites
in France, Germany, and Spain. European customers will be able to
shop online for home delivery within five days.
