Clipper Logistics plc has acquired the entire issued share capital of Tesam Distribution Ltd. Tesam is a provider of warehousing and distribution services to the retail sector and operates from three sites in the Peterborough area. Tesam, which generated sales of £19.6 million for the year to 30 June 2016, was principally owned by its managing director Stephen Smith who is retained as a consultant with other members of the Tesam management team remaining as full time employees.
