Former Marks and Spencer digital director David Walmsley is to join House of Fraser as chief customer officer, replacing Harding who left the business in April. Walmsley who has held senior eCommerce and multichannel roles with Dixons and John Lewis, in addition to M&S will report to CEO Nigel Oddy in his new role. Alison Lancaster is in place in the interim until Walmsley is able to take up the new role.
