Plans have been passed for a new designer outlet development close to Cheltenham and Junction 9 of the M5. The new development will have some 90 retail stores, restaurants and cafes with construction due to commence in Autumn 2020. A new garden centre will also be opening alongside an existing M&S Food store and petrol station.
