Booking terms and conditions
All event places are invoiced on NET terms & payment in full is required before the event takes place. A receipted vat invoice will be issued with a link for those wishing to pay via debit/credit card.
Cancellations
All bookings are considered final and no refunds shall be offered. However, substitutions may be made at any time.
Amendments to the Events Agenda
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the scheduled Agenda, for reasons outside of the organiser’s control it may be necessary to substitute speakers or re-arrange the running order. Every effort will be made to notify guests of changes and to accommodate amendments to their bookings.
